Self Hypnosis One Day Workshop
- What is hypnosis?

The aim of this one day self hypnosis workshop is to help individuals learn how to practice hypnosis on themselves. The workshop covers the history of hypnosis, what hypnosis is and isn't, how hypnosis effects the mind, the body and the brain and how hypnosis can be beneficial in today's world. You will get the opportunity to experience hypnosis and learn self hypnosis whilst in trance. This course is ideal for those wishing to use hypnosis to help deal with stressful situations. The course is also an ideal starting point for those wishing to pursue a change of career or for those wanting to know more about hypnotherapy.

This is your first step to becoming a Clinical Hypnotherapist and the course has been structured so that even if you are working, you can still study with us.
BCCH Diploma in Clinical Hypnotherapy
This course aims to give you the skills to become a practitioner of Clinical Hypnotherapist. When you pass you will be able to use the letters Dip Hyp after your name and practice hypnotherapy
Cognitive Behavioral Master Practitioner Diploma
The hypnosis training at the College is within a cognitive behavioural, rational emotive and multimodal framework.
For health professionals already practicing in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and the course, will serve as a useful refresher in CBT,whilst also
integrating the application of hypnosis within a Cognitive Behavioral framework.
For those hypnotherapist that have already qualified as a hypnotherapist the Cognitive Behavioral Master Practitioner conversion course with enable you to practice as a Cognitive Behavioural Hypnotherapist.
Cognitive Behavioural Hypnotherapy isas a valid treatment, one that can be utilised alongside other skills or as a therapeutic clinical profession in its own right.
Our Cognitive Behavioural Hypnotherapy trainers are highly qualified, experienced, registered hypnotherapists and accredited cognitive behavioural therapists .
